At Adiaar, we have a 7-day exchange policy. You can exchange your product within 2 days of receiving it. To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you find any defective, damaged items, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix the issue.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item using credit note.
